Patrol Supervisor
Job Description
The Patrol Supervisor will oversee patrol operations, ensure compliance with operational standards, and provide leadership to security personnel across assigned locations. This role requires experience, strong decision-making skills, and operational oversight capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate patrol teams
- Inspect security posts and enforce standards
- Respond to and manage incidents effectively
- Prepare operational and incident reports
- Mentor and monitor guard performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age: 30 years
- Valid Rider’s or Driver’s License
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- Good communication skill(both written and verbal)
Salary & Benefits
- Net Monthly salary: GHS 2,500 – GHS 3,000
