The company develops SAAS-solution assessmentQ, the most versatile digital exam and exercise platform in the world. assessmentQ is used daily by thousands of users worldwide in various sectors: healthcare, education, exam centers, certifying bodies, banking, insurance, publishers…

To support their continuous growth, they are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the management and execution of all implementations by their remote development teams. This position is based in the company’s HQ office in Izegem, Belgium, but will require regular travel to Accra (Ghana).

Working as a Product Manager

  • You gather requirements by communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You turn requirements into product epics and user stories.
  • You have the support of developers and UI/UX designers to work out the technical and usability requirements.
  • You work with remote development teams to execute those stories.
  • You follow up on the quality of the developed features.
  • You write user documentation.
  • You report to the head of product management.

Professional skills we’re looking for

  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably working on SAAS products.
  • You have experience working with remote development teams.
  • You have excellent communication skills (English).
  • You have experience in working according to Agile principles (scrum).
  • You are an advanced user of the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence etc.) or equivalent.
  • You are a team player who derives satisfaction from working closely with others in an international team.
