Job Description

The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting client premises, assets, and personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vigilance. The role requires discipline, physical fitness, integrity, and strong adherence to operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control access at entry and exit points
  • Conduct routine patrols and surveillance
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
  • Monitor and report suspicious activities
  • Maintain accurate daily occurrence logs and incident reports
  • Enforce company and client security policies
  • Comply strictly with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Minimum education: Junior High School (JHS)
  • Must provide a guarantor with a valid Ghana Card
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
